TECNOLOGIE SPAZIALI, SICUREZZA E TRASPORTO MARITTIMO: SFIDE NEL CONTESTO INTERNAZIONALE E DELL’UE

Thursday, November 20, 2025, at 10:30 a.m., at the University Hub for Logistics Systems, Villa Letizia, Via dei Pensieri 60, Livorno, the main current issues related to the most recent technological developments in the space sector and in maritime transport will be discussed. In both contexts, the need to ensure safety—including environmental safety—will be highlighted, with particular attention to the role played by International law and European Union law.
The seminar is organized by Prof. Claudia Cinelli (holder of the Jean Monnet Module EUSPIL) and Prof. Luigimaria Riccardi of the Department of Political Sciences at the University of Pisa, in collaboration with the EDC of Pisa, as well as with the Municipality of Livorno, the Livorno Foundation, and the Port System Authority of the Northern Tyrrhenian Sea.
Participation is open to the general public.

Monday, November 3rd, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., in Room IV of the Palazzo della Sapienza, a seminar will be held to provide an in-depth analysis of certain private international law issues that arise when notarial deeds are executed by foreigners present in Italy.
The speaker will be Dr. Simone Anzellotti, Notary of the Notarial College of Pisa.
The seminar, linked to the activities of the Jean Monnet Module MAC-EUPACT, is organized within the framework of the Private International and Procedural Law course taught by Professor Simone Marinai, in collaboration with the European Documentation Centre of the University of Pisa.
